We really put much thoughts and efforts in making your shopping experience a great one and want to make sure you are very satisfied even after your purchase!
Though we need your support and cooperation on this one so we can together, make your overall experience awesome.
We list some we feel we need your support in:

  • Before making any purchase, kindly ensure you bought the right size. We suggest referring to the Size Chart under the product info. If in any circumstances that the item does not fit, you may exchange the item to another size, subject to our stock availability. We are afraid we are unable to refund you should there be no stock for your preferred size.
  • Items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must be posted to us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can proceed with the exchange with the size you prefer. We are afraid we are unable to bear the shipping costs for your returns. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be borne by purchaser.
  • Returned items must be unwashed, unaltered and unironed - technically, as good as new for resale.
  • Lastly, kindly provide us the receipt or proof of purchase.

Purchaser will be responsible for the postage handling of any items returned. We hold no responsibility should the package be lost in mail.
