Refund policy

We've put a lot of thought and effort in making your shopping experience a pleasant one! We'd also like to ensure you enjoy your item wholeheartedly after receiving them!

 

Before making any purchase, kindly ensure you bought the right size. We suggest referring to the Size Chart under the product info. If in any circumstance, the item does not fit, you may exchange the item to another size, subject to availability within 3 days of receiving the item. Do let us know on WhatsApp before coming down to the store. There will be no refund if there is no stock for your preferred size.

 

Exchange/Refund Policy

1. All items are on a non-refundable basis with the exception of defects you've found on an item of clothing. Such defects that are accepted:

- stained items that are bigger than 1.5mm (0.15cm) 
- non-wearable when you’ve put them on 
- products that are torn, cut away or damaged 

No refund will be provided should there be no stock for your preferred size. Sizes are subjected to availability.

2. Outfits washed, altered or ironed are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. We need the items technically as good as new for resale.

3. All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted unless we have delivered the wrong item, colour, or size. For any incorrect item received, customers must contact us via WhatsApp (+65 9877 7447) immediately within 3 days of receiving the item.

4. Items can only be exchanged once per order.

5. If the item that you are exchanging with is of a higher price, the customer is subjected to paying the difference in amount.

6. If the item you are exchanging with is of a lower price, there will be no refund provided.

7. We kindly ask customers to be respectful and courteous to our staff during the exchange process. Our team is following the company’s SOP to assist you fairly. Thank you for your kindness, patience, and understanding.
